About the RDMC
Welcome to the RDM Competence Centre - the hub for all researchers at HHU when it comes to research data management! We are here to support you throughout the lifecycle of your research data, be it applying for third-party funding, creating data management plans or using metadata and RDM tools.
Our platforms are ready to help you get started with research data management, and if you need technical support, we're here to help. And best of all, we offer training courses on various RDM topics, whether face-to-face or virtual, customised for different target groups.
We don't go it alone, but work hand in hand with the University and State Library, the Research and Transfer Department and the Centre for Information and Media Technology. Together, we pool our expertise and resources to provide you with the best possible support.
The RDM Competence Centre is supported by the RDM Steering Committee and the RDM Council.
- The RDM Steering Committee strategically steers the further development of the RDM Competence Centre and its services.
- The RDM Council acts in an advisory capacity for the further development of the topic of RDM at university level, bundles the expertise on research data management from the various scientific disciplines and draws up recommendations for the RDM Steering Committee.
Both bodies are interlinked by the spokesperson of the RDM Council and the RDM Coordinator.
